Meet Humberto

With over a decade in Program Management, Learning & Development, and Quality and Enablement, including senior roles at Uber and Concentrix, Humberto has led global, cross-regional initiatives inside large, complex organizations: the kind of environment where a plan can look flawless on paper and still get stuck in the rollout. He is PMP-certified, an OKR Certified Professional, and a certified Scrum Master. Having lived and worked across Latin America and Europe, he brings firsthand experience of how the same initiative works differently across markets, teams, and cultures.
